Literature Text

smiles play between our words
tossed carlessly in and out
the kissing lips
soft against the bitter
saliva and something broken
giggles erupting from sore throats
all the time, heads forgotten
time counted with fingers and sweet words

their faces are always so stoney
boring their one look like a dozen of lectures
hisses harsh against the ears
i'll protect you
promise

they say i mean nothing
even such a pitiful word as
fool can't be said about
things i call myself
my thoughts wishes and thanks
whispered across her face
a sad excuse for a life
nothing vital made or thought out

just words, poems and a void

it's sweet to see someone care so much
their voices loud and cold
her hands hot against the throat
whispers inaudible hard to distinguish
from my thoughts and the voices

they want me to be a normal
and an ordinary man, an agent of peace
a schemer a noble man a gentleman

a man a man a man
not myself

me

the word meaningless in a crowd
poets just scum and muscles the best
thing one can ever hope for

hard body makes a good shelter
for a broken soul

Great view change. I can see the man as one of the couple, or their kid, or their friend. Multi-faceted.
